The working group of the enterprise "Vanyushkiny sweets" within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity" was trained on the topic "Mapping"

Today, the working group of the confectionery factory "Vanyushkiny sweets" got acquainted with one of the main tools of lean production -

"Mapping" under the guidance of the trainer of the Regional Competence Center of the Penza Region Evgeny Sinyaev.

The flow map is a tool for visual representation of the state of material and information flows.

Factors that increase process time (PWT) and work in progress (WIP) become visible on the map.

Mapping flows and processes (mapping) is a means of diagnosing the effectiveness of the production flow as a whole,

which allows you to identify problems and contribute to further improvements.

To date, members of the working group of the enterprise within the framework of the national project "Labor Productivity" have completed training in basic

lean manufacturing tools and are ready to start the active phase of project implementation on a pilot stream.

Recall that the national project "Labor Productivity", which is supervised by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Andrey Belousov, was approved by the May decree of the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin in 2018 and is designed to create conditions for an annual increase in labor productivity in the country. To achieve the goals set, the Government of the Russian Federation has developed a set of measures for state support of business, which includes financial incentives, employment support and expert assistance in optimizing production processes.

Companies with an annual revenue of more than 400 million rubles, belonging to the basic non-primary sectors of the economy (manufacturing, agriculture, transport, construction, trade) with a share of participation of tax residents of foreign states in the charter ( share) capital of a legal entity not exceeding 50%.
