On May 19, at the confectionery factory "Vanyushkiny sweets", a kick-off meeting was held regarding the entry of the enterprise into the national project "Labor Productivity".

The company "Vanyushkiny Sweets" is considered the largest confectionery factory in the Volga-Federal District. In 2019, the co-founder of the enterprise, Nikolai Kuzyakov, was awarded the Big Business award and met with Vladimir Putin, who congratulated the nominee, noting that such entrepreneurial initiatives should be supported. The organization offers Russian and foreign customers cooperation with a reliable supplier on favorable terms: Large production volumes allow covering the needs for sweets of entire regions.

But the company's management is not going to stop at the successes achieved and consciously takes part in the national project "Labor Productivity", as they know how important it is to constantly improve processes so that the company can develop and meet customer needs quickly, efficiently and at an affordable cost.

The enterprise has already formed a working group that has been trained and will soon start diagnosing the pilot flow together with experts from the Regional Competence Center in the field of labor productivity of the Penza region.

The event was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development and Industry of the Penza Region: Head of the Department of Foreign Economic Activity and State Support of the Department of Industry Kayukov Roman Nikolayevich, consultant of the Department of Industrial Policy of the Department of Industry Tikhonova Olga Vyacheslavovna and consultant of the Department of Special Projects and Communications Litvinov Pavel Yuryevich.

At the meeting, the employees of the organization, together with experts from the Regional Competence Center, discussed work plans for the implementation of the project. The heads of the enterprise and the regional competence center informed the team about the upcoming changes, the stages of their implementation, the need for participation and the role of each employee in the process of change.

The duration of the national project is 3 years. For the first 6 months, the working group of the enterprise works under the guidance of experts from the Regional Competence Center, learning how to use lean production tools on a pilot stream in the pancake workshop. In the future, for 2.5 years, the enterprise independently replicates the skills, knowledge and skills acquired during the implementation of the pilot project to other production and supporting processes.
